What happens when the old rules no longer fit?
At some point, many of us learn the rules:
Be sensible.
Work hard.
Don’t make mistakes.
Take life seriously.
Know what you’re doing.
Don’t look foolish.
Play is for children.
And those rules can be useful.
Until they aren’t.
Because life changes.
Our bodies change.
Our relationships change.
Our work changes.
Our priorities change.
And sometimes we find ourselves asking:
What now?
Not because something is wrong with our lives.
But because something new is trying to emerge.
The Playful Path is an invitation to explore what becomes possible when we meet life with curiosity rather than fear, experimentation rather than perfection, and play rather than paralysis.
In this FREE workshop, you'll explore:
1. What playfulness really is
Playfulness isn’t just about having fun. It’s a way of approaching life β with curiosity, openness, experimentation and a willingness to see what happens.
We’ll explore why this capacity doesn’t have to disappear as we grow up β and what becomes possible when we reclaim it.
2. The rules that are running your life
We’ll look at some of the invisible rules and assumptions that shape how you work, relate, learn and live.
And you’ll have the chance to question a few of them β and perhaps experiment with a different way.
3. What becomes possible when you live more playfully
Through simple experiences and experiments, you’ll get a taste of how playfulness can bring more curiosity, connection, creativity and aliveness into everyday life.
Not a formula for how to live.
An invitation to discover what works for you.

What you’ll take away
This isn’t a workshop where you sit back and listen to someone tell you how to be more playful.
You’ll experience the Playful Path for yourself.
You’ll leave with:
a different way of thinking about playfulness
a clearer sense of the rules that may be shaping your choices
a few playful experiments you can take into everyday life
and, hopefully, a little more curiosity about what else might be possible
The aim isn’t to transform your life in 60 minutes.
It’s to open a door.

What Others Are Saying:
“I attended this workshop and left feeling enchanted. β¨ Anthony Trahair gently encouraged me to reconnect with the playful child I once was, guiding me to relive the emotions of those carefree moments. π§Έπ«
I realized that itβs never too late to bring those feelings back to light and let them shine, warming the adult I am today. ππ Thank you, Anthony, for a truly precious evening.” ππ

What if you tried a different way?
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to become more sensible, more productive or more serious.
You can start by getting curious.
Join me for The Playful Path β a free 60-minute workshop exploring what becomes possible when we bring playfulness back into the way we meet life.
The Playful Path
The Playful Path is built around three dimensions of a vibrant life:
π§ VIBRANT BODY
Reconnect with your body through movement, sensation, curiosity and play.
π‘ JOYFUL MIND
Cultivate curiosity, creativity and a willingness to experiment β rather than always needing to know the answer.
β€οΈ LOVING HEART
Create deeper connection β with yourself, with other people and with the world around you.
When these three begin to work together, something shifts.
Life doesn’t necessarily become easier.
But you become more available to life.
More curious.
More spacious.
More connected.
More able to meet what comes next.
More alive.
Is The Playful Path for you?
The Playful Path might be for you if you:
Feel there is more life available to you
Are curious about what might be possible
Want to rediscover curiosity, creativity and joy
Are ready for something beyond the usual personal-development formula
Are navigating a transition β or simply wondering βwhat’s next?β
Want to keep learning, growing and experimenting
Want deeper connection with yourself, other people and the world around you
Feel ready to question some of the rules you’ve been living by
You don’t need to have a problem to solve.
You just need to be curious about whatβs possible.
What you’ll experience
Over 60 minutes, you’ll have the chance to:
See playfulness differently
Not as entertainment, but as a human capacity for curiosity, experimentation and possibility.
Notice your own rulebook
Begin to see some of the assumptions and habits that shape how you live.
Try something for yourself
Experience a few simple playful experiments β and discover what they open up for you.
You won’t leave with a formula for how to live.
You’ll leave with something to explore.
Want to go deeper?
If something in the workshop sparks your curiosity, there’s an opportunity to keep exploring.

The Playfulness Catalyst
For more than 30 years, I’ve been exploring what happens when we approach life as a place to play, experiment and learn.
I’m a former professional juggler, physical theatre performer and author, and a lifelong student of movement, yoga and playful learning.
I’ve learned much of what I know the playful way β by falling, failing, experimenting, laughing, trying again and discovering what happens when we stop needing to get everything right.
Juggling taught me something I keep coming back to:
You can’t learn to catch without first being willing to drop.
That lesson has followed me into movement, relationships, creativity, ageing, learning and life itself.
Now I help other people rediscover that capacity for themselves.
Because I don’t believe playfulness is something we leave behind when we grow up.
I think we need it more than ever.
