These chair yoga sessions are an invitation to move gently, breathe more freely, and reconnect with your body — just as it is today.
You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced.
You only need a chair and a little curiosity.

What this collection is

During the lockdown years, I offered many live chair yoga sessions to people confined to their homes.
Each class was different — shaped by the moment, the season, and the people present.

From those sessions, I’ve selected 10 favourite practices plus one bonus that felt especially supportive, grounding, and accessible.. This is a small library you can return to whenever you feel the need for gentle movement and steady presence.

How to use these sessions​

Each class lasts around 40 minutes
All practices are done seated on a chair
No mat or floor work is required
Each session is available in English and Italian
You can do the sessions in any order
Pause, skip, or repeat movements whenever you wish
There is no need to “keep up” or do everything that’s shown.
Listening to your body is part of the practice.
